Our signature workout features 13 stations, each designed to target a different part of your body and boost your overall fitness. You’ll rotate through:

Each station lasts 3 minutes, with a 1-minute break between rounds. That’s 52 minutes total—a full-body workout that’s fast, efficient, and never boring. Best of all, we switch it up every day, so no two workouts are ever the same.
You’ll be guided every step of the way, who’ll help you modify exercises, stay safe, and stay motivated. And if you're someone who likes tracking progress, we’ve got you covered: our Heart Rate Ninja app lets you monitor your heart rate in real-time, so you can train smarter and see your gains.
Need even more flexibility? We also have a non-coached training room that you can access anytime. It’s fully equipped with:
